If you’re a donor or a family thinking about a scholarship, one of the first questions is: what’s happening with the Education Freedom Tax Credit in my state?
The answer isn’t always easy to find, and it keeps changing. Governors are deciding, legislatures are weighing in, and there’s a lot of uncertainty about how each state will move. So we built a resource to help: scholarstreet.org/news
For every state, you’ll find where things stand and the latest news and information behind it, so donors can see where their support can go and families can see where scholarships may become available. We’ll refresh it regularly and add plain-language analysis along the way.
Treasury’s federal rules are also expected soon. I check the Federal Register every day, since that’s where they’ll appear, and we’ll share what they mean for each state as soon as they’re out.
